SUBSCRIPTIONS
If you choose a subscription, it renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage your subscription and cancel anytime in Settings.

Frequently asked questions
How do I cancel my Pixora AI Image Generator subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone, choose the app and tap Cancel Subscription. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
I paid but the features are locked. What should I do?
Open the app and use Restore Purchases on the subscription screen. If that does not help, write to us at seiffarouk962@gmail.com with the e-mail receipt from Apple and we will sort it out.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are issued by Apple: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID and choose the purchase. We cannot process refunds ourselves.
