Before you start painting with prompts, here's the plain-English story of what happens to your information. This Privacy Policy is provided by Pixora AI Image Generator ("Pixora", "we", "us") and is effective as of 2026-10-29. Short version: no accounts, no sign-ins, and we only handle what we need to make your images and keep your subscription running.

No Accounts, No Name Tags

Pixora AI Image Generator has no user accounts and no sign-in. We don't ask for your name, email address, phone number or password to use the app. You can walk straight into the studio and start creating.

What Actually Passes Through the Studio

To generate an image, the app sends what you give it, such as your text prompts and any creative settings you choose, so we can produce the result you asked for. If you buy a subscription or in-app purchase, purchase and subscription status information is handled as described below. We do not use the app to collect your contacts, precise location, or your name and email. If you include personal details in a prompt, they travel along with that prompt, so we suggest keeping your prompts about dragons and neon cityscapes rather than your home address.

Where the Magic Happens: Our Own Backend

Image generations are processed on Pixora's own backend servers, operated by the developer. Your prompts go there, the image gets made, and the result comes back to your device. We use this information to deliver your generations and keep the service working properly, not to sell it.

The Supporting Cast: Third-Party Services

We work with two named third parties. Apple App Store: distributes the app and processes all purchases and subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase. Adapty: when used, helps us track subscription status and subscription-related analytics, so the app knows what you've unlocked and we can understand how our plans are performing. Each of these services handles information under its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to read them.

Paying for Premium Brushes

All purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple. We never see or store your card number or full payment details; Apple takes care of the checkout. Adapty, when used, receives subscription status and related analytics so your access is unlocked correctly.

How Long We Keep Things

We keep information only for as long as it is needed to provide the app's features, maintain your subscription access, and meet any legal obligations, and then we delete it or make it no longer identifiable. Information held by Apple or Adapty is retained under their own policies.

Your Rights: Peek, Delete, Ask

You have the right to ask what information we hold about you and to request that it be deleted. Because there are no accounts, it helps if your request includes enough detail (for example, relevant purchase information) for us to locate the data. For purchase records held by Apple, you can also manage your information directly with Apple. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we'll honour them.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this Privacy Policy, we'll post the new version with a revised effective date. Continuing to use the app after an update means the new version applies.
