Bring your imagination into focus! These Terms of Use are the house rules for the Pixora AI Image Generator studio, provided by Pixora AI Image Generator. They're effective as of 2026-10-29. Grab a coffee, give them a read, and then go make something wonderful.

Stepping Into the Studio Means You Agree

By downloading, opening or using Pixora AI Image Generator, you accept these Terms. If you don't agree, that's okay, but please don't use the app.

Your Pass to Create

We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in line with these Terms and the Apple App Store's usage rules. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the app itself.

Studio Etiquette

Create boldly, but play fair. Don't use Pixora to make or share content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, harasses or exploits others, or depicts real people in harmful or deceptive ways. Don't try to break, overload, scrape or misuse our backend or get around any limits or paywalls. We may restrict access if the app is misused.

Subscriptions, Billing and Saying Goodbye

Paid features and subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store and billed by Apple to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew before the current period ends, as set out by Apple. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Who Owns What

The app, its design, code, branding and everything we built belong to Pixora AI Image Generator and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your prompts and the images you generate are yours to use, to the extent the law allows, and you are responsible for making sure your prompts and how you use your images respect other people's rights. You give us permission to process your prompts and generations as needed to run the service.

The 'As Is' Fine Print

AI art is wonderfully unpredictable. The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every generation will match your vision. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixora AI Image Generator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or content arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under laws that can't be waived.

Fresh Coats of Paint

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version with a new effective date. Keeping on creating after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Questions and Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to Pixora AI Image Generator as the developer, without overriding any mandatory consumer protections where you live.
